1. Who we are
This website is operated by Bajaj Enterprises Print Shop, a digital printing service based at F-3, Shop No 6, Kalkaji Main Road, New Delhi 110019, India. Throughout this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bajaj Enterprises Print Shop.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in the quote form, message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, you may give us:
- Your name
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide it
- Details of the job — book type, quantity, page count, binding, paper and any notes you add
- Files you send us for printing, such as manuscripts, PDFs, cover artwork and images
- A delivery address, if we are shipping your order
Only your name, phone number, book type and quantity are needed to prepare a quote. Everything else is optional.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use it. This may include your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you viewed, and whether you arrived from a Google advertisement. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
3. Why we use it — and what we use it for
We use the details you give us solely to contact you about your enquiry and to carry out the printing work you ask for. In practice, that means:

We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not add you to a promotional mailing list unless you specifically ask us to.
4. Your manuscript and artwork
We are a printer, not a publisher. You keep every right in your work. We claim no ownership, no royalty and no licence over anything you send us.
Files you send are used only to produce your order. We do not share them, publish extracts, show them to other customers, or use them as samples without your written permission. We keep a copy on file after your order so you can reorder without re-sending everything — and if you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete it.
5. Who we share information with
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the job you asked for, or where the law requires it:
- Courier and delivery partners — your name, address and phone number, so your order can be delivered.
- Specialist finishing suppliers — occasionally, where a job needs a process we do not run in-house, such as certain foiling or binding work. They receive only what is needed to complete that step.
- Google (Analytics and Ads) — anonymised website usage data, as described in section 6.
- Web3Forms — our quote form is processed through Web3Forms, which passes your submission to our email inbox.
- Authorities — if we are legally required to disclose information.
6. Cookies and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics to understand visitor behaviour, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our advertisements lead to enquiries. These set cookies in your browser.
You can control this in several ways: adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or manage personalised advertising in your Google Ad Settings. Blocking these cookies will not stop the website or the quote form from working.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders — kept for up to 12 months, in case you come back to us, then deleted.
- Order records and invoices — kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
- Print files — kept so you can reorder, and deleted whenever you ask.
- Website analytics — retained according to Google's standard retention settings.
8. How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. Enquiries reach a private business email account, files are stored on access-controlled systems, and only staff working on your job can see your details. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we do not keep more than we need, and we do not pass it around.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your details and your files
- Withdraw your consent to us contacting you
- Raise a grievance about how we have handled your information

10. Children
This website and our services are intended for adults and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
11. Links to other sites
Our pages may link to third-party websites, such as Google Maps or our social profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here.
